Con gran aceptación, la Cámara de Comercio Hispana de Louisville (Louisville Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, LHCC) lanzó el jueves 29 de febrero su primer panel sobre liderazgo, con el que dio inicio a un año de actividades para impulsar los negocios y emprendimientos, especialmente, de la comunidad latina.
Líderes de diferentes organizaciones y corporaciones fueron parte del panel. Allí participaron Angélica Sánchez de Community Foundation of Louisville; Natalia Bishop, de la incubadora de negocios Story; Francisco García, copropietario del restaurante Foko; y Félix Martínez, ejecutivo de GE Appliances. Estos expertos compartieron su experiencias al desempeñar su trabajo como líderes latinos en ambientes corporativos y de negocios.
La Cámara de Comercio Hispana de Louisville se dedica a proveer de redes de trabajo y oportunidades para líderes y empresarios, fomentando su desarrollo a través de la colaboración y el involucramiento con la comunidad. Un ejemplo es el programa REACH, que ofrece capacitación de alto nivel a microempresarios, enfocándose en la población inmigrante.
Próximo evento
La Cámara anunció su próximo evento, denominado Angels Investors, con el cual pretende impulsar las iniciativas de hispanos/latinos de todo el país. Este consistirá en que un grupo de inversionistas escuche las ideas de los emprendedores de la región y, tras una deliberación técnica, seleccione a uno para ser financiado.

Latinos(as) in Business and Corporate Leadership Roles
The Louisville Hispanic Chamber of Commerce presented a panel on leadership during itsthe first networking event of the year.
Leaders from different organizations and corporations were part of the Hispanic leadership panel organized by the Louisville Hispanic Chamber of Commerce during the event, which also served to inaugurate the year of business chamber programs.
The panel was led by Angelica Sánchez from the Community Foundation of Louisville, Natalia Bishop from the Story business incubator, Francisco García co-owner of the Foko restaurant, and Félix Martínez from GE Appliances. All panelists shared their experience and insights into what it has been like for them to play their role as Latino leaders in corporate and business environments.
The Louisville Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, known in English as LHCC (Louisville Hispanic Chamber of Commerce), is dedicated to providing networking and business opportunities for Hispanic/Latinx leaders and entrepreneurs, fostering their development through collaboration and community involvement.
LHCC has been involved in providing support for the REACH program, which provides education and training for entrepreneurs focusing on the immigrant community.

LHCC also announced its upcoming event, which will attract Hispanic/Latinx entrepreneurs from across the country. The event will consist of educational and networking opportunities, celebration of the unique contribution of the Latin/Hispanic community to derby, presentations by Latin/Hispanic-led start-ups, and attendance of investors from Angeles Investors, the largest Latin/Hispanic angel investors group in the U.S. .
The Louisville Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, LHCC, celebrates its tenth anniversary this year and will hold events throughout the year to attract and serve the growing Hispanic/Latinx business community in Louisville and its surroundings.
